I hate to say it but the best bats I've ever used have been County bats. I bought one at the factory itself when I was over there and it served me well. The poms can do something right when it comes to cricket after all.

I had a County bat as a kid, loved the Stag emblem. Was a good bat, still in a trunk somewhere, along with a Stuart Surridge Jumbo and a Kookaburra, and a broken Grey Nichols

Does anyone here sell cricket bats? cause im looking at buying a bat but it needs to be cheaper than over here, UK, anyone who gets them wholesale?

The best cricket bat i've ever had was made by pat beamish of county sports in melbourne australia, they dont make them like that any more!! long live pat.you can't get quality like that any more !!

My skipper 9 years ago had a bat made by Newbery. It was an absolute wand. An absolute highlight though was going to the workshop (relatively local to us at the time) and seeing it being made by hand. They asked all about the home wicket and how it played and, together with his input, made a bespoke weapon.
